The cutest neighborhood!
I officially believe we live in the cutest neighborhood. I knew before that I loved our streets since all the lawns are immaculate and the neighbors all wave when you drive by and all the kids are out after school playing basketball. But this morning when we got up I really fell in love. Someone egged our whole street. Not the kind of egging where you lose the paint off your car. The adorable kind where every lawn was covered in easter eggs. I have no idea who did it but about 15 houses (including ours) had an easter surprise. I loved it- Elle loved it more. Please ignore our dead grass (I am working hard to fix it! Well, I am telling the gardener to work hard at fixing it!)

Our first night away
Since Kevin in leaving for Bakersfield on Monday, and since we were in Washington for our Anniversary, we decided it was time to go away over night just the 2 of us. Kevin decided where we would go and arranged everything (he knew that if he left it up to me we would never go). I cried for about 10 minutes after we left the house, but after that I was OK. We went to Monterey and stayed at this adorable little place on cannery row that we always said that we would stay at "someday". It was so nice and relaxing. So this is a couple pictures from our little trip away being Kevin and Crystal, not Mommy and Daddy.
